Thank you for your interest in our scholarship. Please note that the scholarship is for current high school seniors who are children of first responders in Carteret County only. A first responder is defined as police, fire, rescue, and 911 dispatchers.
The scholarship application is available for download below. You will need to email your completed application packet to BuddyMcKeelScholarship@gmail.com. The application deadline is April 15, 2026.
